A very pleasant stay. The rate of the hotel is very reasonable. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The spa on the roof of the new wing is a great place for the whole family. The only problem with the rooms is that the walls are quite thin. You may sometimes hear people next door talking. Besides, the hotel is located on the skirt of the city. If you don't drive, it may take you some time to go downtown

There are actually two tower blocks for this hotel, an older one and newer one just across a paved area. We were given a room in the newer tower. The room was great; clean, nice view of the city, nice big bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. On arrival, I presented a booking i had made on the internet via an agent in Thailand that morning. The hotel was unaware of the booking when I turned up 3 or 4 hours afterwards. I assume that it just takes a little time for such bookings to go through
